Product Strength: The Bushnell 5×42 Stealth Night Vision Digital Monocular Scope has very good clarity features and good illumination power with a consistent range. It is a very easy to use monocular scope. It is also good to use because of its light weight and things are easily visible in the dark.
Product Weakness: AA battery life is limited. I recommend using rechargeable batteries for this Bushnell night vision scope. It also has fixed zoom so makes walking around while using it somewhat difficult. Works great, however, when seated or standing still. Display is rather bright compared to other similar devices.
Personal Comment: This product is very good at what it is meant to do… see in pitch dark conditions. Picture quality is excellent and rivals that of some Gen2 models. An adjustable zoom would have been nice to make walking with the unit easier. Overall, I recommend the Bushnell 5×42 Stealth Night Vision Digital Monocular Scope because it has very consistent range with good illumination power and produces a very sharp view of objects.
